The Prendiville Group owns and operates numerous iconic tourism, hospitality and entertainment facilities. Represented in a host of different environments, from the red earth mining centre of Karratha, to the lush vineyards of the South West, to the blue waters and white beaches of Rottnest Island, and the rich port heritage of Fremantle.
Samphire Rottnest, located on the premiere tourist destination Rottnest Island, hosts 80 suites, pools, unique dining options, and a range of indoor/outdoor function spaces, overlooking breathtaking views of Thomson Bay. We are entering a new and exciting era and are looking forward to building our team in support of this.

The Role
As the Storeman, you will possess natural independence, self-accountability, understands hospitality multi venue delivery and distribution, and thrives on organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have unmatched desire for clean stock management, ability to build strong relations across venues ensuring deliveries are received as ordered, be a team player who understands the importance stock management and the impact this role places across venues.
This role would suit an experienced loading dock professional or junior candidate, looking for a sea change – working in one of Australia dreamiest tourism destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Goods received management
- Management of loading dock
- Comply with OHS standards
- Delivery of stock across multiple venues (Hotel Rottnest, ISOLA, Lontara, Samphire Rottnest)
- Ordering of required BOH stock
- Invoice Management
- Cross department communication
- Ability to work in high volume manual labour environment
About You
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as Storeman or Manual Labour Environment
- Self sufficient, hardworking, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols.
- Ability to work autonomously & well under pressure – remaining calm & collected.
- Reliable, self aware and approachable manner.
- Strong relationship management when engaging with all stakeholders.
- Immaculate presentation and strong written & verbal communication.
- Forklift Licence – desirable
