Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence consistently.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure all guest interactions are seamless and reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control operational budgets, staff costs, and department resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align operational goals with the overall vision of The Leea Hotel Darwin.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement systems and procedures that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Extensive leadership experience in Rooms Division operations within a premium hotel or resort setting.
- Strong expertise in Front Office and Housekeeping management.
