We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie. Reporting directly to the hotels Executive Chef, this hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotel kitchen that services the restaurants, bars and the many functions and events hosted.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie. Reporting directly to the hotels Executive Chef, this hands-on role is responsible for assisting in the smooth and successful operations of the hotel kitchen that services the restaurants, bars and the many functions and events hosted.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment,
- Liaising with front of house and management regarding customers and general service of kitchen operations
- Ability to cook a broad range of food items and willing to provide input and flair into the creation and development of the menu and venue.
- Experience in supervising and training cooks and kitchen staff
- A formal qualification in commercial cookery and experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- A thorough understanding of Food Safety principles and Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Highly effective verbal communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
