The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a landmark Perth destination and is located on one of Australia's most famous beaches. The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a large multi-faceted venue that caters to a very busy lunch and dinner crowd with large numbers especially on weekends.

We are currently recruiting for a fully trained and experienced Pizza Chef with the passion to create amazing experiences for our customers. We use the Marana Forni rotating deck pizza oven to cook our hand-stretched pizzas in.

You will have access to an array of excellent on and off-site training, the opportunity to work in a fast-paced developing business, as well as an expanding list of potential promotions within the Group.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Demonstrate the skill technique to hand stretch dough
Practical knowledge of Food Safety Standards and WHS practices
Ability to work in a team
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make decisions and prioritise workload
Excellent customer service skills
Available to work Evenings, Weekends and Public Holidays
