The Role
As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will guide and manage the daily operations and commercial success of the restaurant floor and assist in the performance management and motivation of the food & beverage team – striving for excellence in service standards, in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide and develop team of food & beverage professional to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in daily restaurant operation management
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to support the financial success of the restaurant.
- Manage stock needs of the restaurant across food & beverage services
- Support in the hiring and training process of the new staff
- Support in performance management and people operations of f&b team
- Assist restaurant manager in reviewing product range – further developing menu and product quality offerings.
- Assist in planning and preparing of budgets and forecasting
- Oversee and support in restaurant stocktake requirements
- Implement cost saving strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and optimize inventory minimize expenses and optimise profitability
About You
- Minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience
- Exceptional knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Possess a decisive, welcoming, and calm under pressure manner.
- Passionate about Italian food, culture, heritage.
- Strong knowledge of beverage pairings
- Excellent guest relations and passion for creating elevated experiences.
- High level of self-awareness and accountability, with effective decision making skills.
- Immaculate presentation and strong written & verbal communication.
