This full-time role is responsible for the hotels front office operations providing the first point of contact to guests, assisting with all aspects of their stay, including check in, check out, guest inquiries, providing information on facilities and services and associated reception duties.

This full-time role is responsible for the hotels front office operations providing the first point of contact to guests, assisting with all aspects of their stay, including check in, check out, guest inquiries, providing information on facilities and services and associated reception duties.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the front office team and working as part of the wider hotel management team.
- High degree of front office customer service, providing all guests a warm welcome to the hotel and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
- Optimising revenue opportunities, seeking out business efficiencies in room inventory management and sales.
- Planning with hotel management in relation to reservations, groups, functions and events bookings.
- Be conversant in all relevant property, security, emergency and health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and accounts receivable, adhering to confidentiality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front office management
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with RMS (preferred but not essential)
