The Cottesloe Beach Hotel, renowned for its prime beachside location, offers a dynamic and vibrant culinary experience. We have been listed as a finalist in the WA Good Food Guide Awards - Top 25 Pubs in Western Australia. We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team, delivering food that blends traditional pub fare with modern, beachside-inspired cuisine.
As Executive Chef, you'll have the opportunity to create innovative menus that celebrate fresh, local produce and cater to a variety of tastes, from laid-back pub classics like gourmet burgers and crispy fish and chips, to elevated beachside dishes that include fresh Western Australian seafood and produce, artisanal pizzas and the ability to work with an open wood fired grill. Your gastropub offerings will strike the perfect balance between comfort food and refined culinary experiences, making The Cottesloe Beach Hotel a go-to destination for both casual diners and special occasions.
With a variety of dining spaces, including our newly refurbished function area and an exciting 220-person venue launching soon, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our culinary direction. Partner with Prendiville Group's Director of Food, Russell Blaikie, and work alongside a passionate, like-minded team of chefs to deliver top-quality dishes in a very busy, fast-paced and fun beachside atmosphere.
