Exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team at The Leea Hotel.

We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and take our hospitality to the next level!
 
The Leea Hotel Darwin, previously Travelodge Darwin; with 136 hotel rooms and 32 town houses; is entering an exciting new chapter under the ownership of the Prendiville Group, a proudly West Australian, family-owned company known for its exceptional hospitality venues. With a vision to make The Leea one of Darwin's most sought-after destinations, we are embarking on an exciting journey to elevate and redefine dining experiences at this central city property.
 
As Food and Beverage Manager, you'll have the responsibility of being the face and voice of our wonderful food and beverage offering. Reporting to the General Manager this position is responsible for operating and managing the food and beverage department and personnel and to maximise the profitability of the business.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menus and dining concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry practices.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
