- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with Prendiville Group’s Director of Food, Russell Blaikie, to design menus that celebrate local ingredients and seasonal produce.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Strategic Growth: Work closely with the senior leadership team to grow and expand the food offerings.
