Food and Beverage Manager - Samphire Resort

As Food and Beverage Manager, you'll have the responsibility of being the face and voice of our wonderful food and beverage offering across Lontara, Bayside, Pool Bar, Guest Experiences and our signature Samphire Club. Having worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This role will suit an experienced Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Duty Manager wanting to take the next step in their hospitality career.
 
  Responsibilities:

• Leveraging your industry expertise to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery
• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of food service procedures and current hospitality trends.
• Providing expert guidance on food and beverage operations, including hotel management principles at a managerial level.
• Managing the financial side of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Collaborating with department managers to maximize success for the entire property.
• Driving a motivated team environment through effective recruitment, training, and staff development practices.

  Requirements:

• Previous operational hands-on previous experience in managing a food and beverage department.
• Good knowledge of West Australian wines, craft beers, beverages and understanding the local food scene
• A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Experience in facilitating training and development of employees.
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid un-restricted WA approved managers licence
